When I was contacted by Yani to assist with the florals for her and Sam with 3 weeks to go, of course I said yes. The brief was clear and simple, Red and Green with gorgeous velvety roses and protea, with dark green eucalyptus and ivy. We were definitely going with a winter wedding theme, of red.
We were back in my favourite venue, Pilgrims Rest in Battle, East Sussex. The absolute best venue for a winter wedding with the fire roaring, you could not ask for a more seasonally appropriate venue.
Yani opted for a large hand tied bouquet wrapped in red silk ribbon and simple bud vases on the tables and overhead lots of ivy to add to the existing overhead displays.
This wedding had a casual relaxed vibe and the flowers reflected this.
