About the Flower Shed
The Flower Shed Sussex is a local flower delivery service which is owned by Melanie Price.
Our aim is to spread a little joy across our county with the simplicity of our daily bunch. To take away the confusion we have made the process simple, just decide on the size and we will do the rest.
With a passion for interior design, gardening and floristry, Melanie aims to provide a beautiful, natural looking bunch, with flowers sourced from local flower farms as well as flowers from further afield when our UK seasonal flowers are not in abundance.
About Melanie
With a creative background, Melanie’s passion for flowers began with gardening and as her knowledge grew so did her interest in floristry.
Melanie’s mission is to produce simple bunches of flowers which are packaged in recyclable paper, and, wherever possible, to source flowers locally to keep the business as environmentally friendly as possible. ย We only use biodegradable foam when we absolutely need to use foam. Even our aqua bags (water source for flowers) are made using biodegradable film.
