We are continuing to undertake deliveries of flowers to your loved ones. However, we will be changing our procedures slightly to limit hand to hand contact.
If we are delivering to someone who is unwell please inform us so that we can take the necessary precautions to keep our customers and ourselves safe.
Rest assured that we will deliver flowers to unwell recipients, we may, however, leave flowers in a safe place at the property. We will inform you and the recipient where the flowers are.

We would be honoured to provide you with tribute flowers for your loved one.
We can provide casket sprays or wreaths in locally sourced flowers when in season or from further afield when our British weather is cooler and less is available. We only use biodegradable floral foam in our displays and wreaths.

To place an order please give us at least 48 hours notice and provide us with the following information:
- delivery address – usually this would be the funeral home and we would recommend this as the best delivery place
- name of deceased
- card message
- date of funeral
- name of funeral director
- any colour preferences
- wreath or spray
We prefer natural, whimsical looks. Our style is natural, and wild. If that is also your preference then I am sure we can help you with your wedding flowers. Please email us, email@example.com or call us and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.
We take orders until we sell out or upto 12.30pm each day for same day delivery.
On days when we have high volumes of orders, deliveries will be made up to 9pm. We make every effort to ensure all same day deliveries are fulfilled.
We do deliveries everyday. If you want a Sunday delivery (outside of special events i.e. Mothers Day) please call us first to see if we are able to fulfil your delivery.
We will try and deliver the flowers to a neighbour or failing that we will leave them in a shady/sheltered area of the propery.
Yes we can include a card with your message, please indicate at the time of ordering.
Yes delivery charges are included in the cost.
Currently we personally deliver to the following postcodes TN31, TN32, TN33, TN34, TN35, TN36, TN37, TN38, TN39, TN40 and BN27. Deliveries outside of these areas are fulfilled by Royal Mail and are not same day delivery.
No we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

- If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 14 days after delivery.
- We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason within 14 days for pre-booked items. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 14 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.
The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
Please note this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods and exempt from this legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
