Working with the lovely Louisa to bring to life her dream bouquet was so much fun. From the first discussion on floral options to picking a rose which not only was the perfect colour but also had the same name as her niece. The brief was garden roses, just like those grown by her mum in her cottage garden in East Sussex. The brief was dark and pale pink, garden roses which had scent. So of course no other rose other than a David Austin Rose would do. So after some researching the perfect pink roses were capability and constance.
The bridal bouquet was a full rose bouquet with just the merest touch of ranunculus butterfly lycia to add a floaty effect, eustoma and bridal spirea along with the most gorgeous silk ribbon tails hand dyed from @lancasterandcornish.
Buttonholes and corsages to compliment the brides bouquet
The reception was a simple affair at a very cool location in St Leonards on Sea . The cake was adorned with the same roses as the bouquet and the tables had simple bud vases. The back drop of the venue was perfect for the colours used in the flowers.

Louisa and Jake were a real rock ‘n’ roll couple, and everything about their wedding had that vibe from the the cool reception venue with the dark interior which was the perfect backdrop to the colour scheme chosen to wearing leather after the wedding ceremony. Nothing was really conventional about this couple. And I personally loved the relaxed vibe of this couple.
